What this template does

The singing dog AI trend is a 10-second clip from one pet photo: your dog stands upright in a white bathtub in a towel, holds a hair dryer and a brush, dries its own fur and sings

What is the Singing Dog AI Trend trend, and where did it start?

The singing dog trend started on 14 October 2026 with a phone app's AI template called "Singing Pets" (a common edit apps template by @Shjn). The first post came from the UK: @tinaverrico's Rottweiler Charlie, with a hair dryer held high and its mouth wide open, reached 51,700 views and 2,500 shares.

Photo requirements for Singing Dog AI Trend

• Face first. The clip is a close shot from the chest up, so the face matters most: sharp, in good light, with both eyes and the ears in view.
• Front of the body. A photo where your pet sits or stands facing the camera gives the right fur colors and markings on the chest and the front legs.
• One pet only. With two pets in the photo, the AI picks one or mixes them.
• Real colors. Skip filters, costumes and heavy shadows: the clip copies the fur colors from your photo.

Troubleshooting Singing Dog AI Trend

• --- — ---
• The clip's grey dog or orange cat comes back — Use a sharp, close photo of your pet's face and run it again, or pick Best.
• The markings or the fur length look wrong — Use a photo that shows the chest and the front legs, in daylight, with no filter.
• The mouth does not match every note — The clip copies the mouth moves of the trend clip, not the song itself. That is how the trend's own posts look too.
