Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel subscriptions anytime to stop the next renewal. Failed generations refund that job’s credits. Successful exports are not auto-refunded for taste; see Terms for details.
Who can use these templates?

Your photos & refunds
- What happens to my photos?
- Your photos are used only to make the video you request and are sent to the AI video provider that renders it. We delete our copies immediately after the video is made (or after a failed job once credits are refunded). If you check out before creating, we keep the photos briefly with your order so generation can start after payment, then delete them the same way. The AI provider may briefly process the photos while rendering and then discard them per their terms — we do not ask them to keep your photos.
- What if a render fails?
- If a video fails to start or fails during rendering, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
- How do I cancel, delete my data or ask for a refund?
- Cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → Billing. For data deletion or payment refund requests, open a ticket in Settings → Support; see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
