By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform that turns your photos into short AI meme / trend videos for entertainment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

User Content, Photos & Age Rules

These rules apply to every upload and every generation on RemixMeme:

• Adults only for uploads. Photos you upload must show adults who are 18 years of age or older. You must have the right and consent to use each photo (yourself, or someone who explicitly agreed).
• Do not upload real children’s photos. Uploading photos of real minors (anyone under 18) is prohibited. Site FAQs that say “no children” refer to uploads, not to every pixel in an AI output.
• Fictional AI baby / child in the OUTPUT is allowed for entertainment. Templates such as Future Baby / “What Will Our Baby Look Like” may generate a fictional infant or child likeness that mixes adult partner faces. That output is AI fiction for entertainment only. It is not a genetic test, medical advice, paternity tool, or prediction of a real child’s appearance.
• No unauthorized likenesses. Do not upload celebrities, strangers, ex-partners, or anyone else without rights and consent.
• Label AI when you post. When you share generated clips on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or elsewhere, keep the platform’s AI / synthetic-media label on (or otherwise clearly disclose that the clip is AI-generated).
• We may refuse, remove, or suspend jobs or accounts that violate these rules.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may download and share videos you generate for personal / social use. You remain responsible for how you use and label them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected; do not rely on them for identity, medical, legal, or relationship decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
