What this template does

The AI steroids filter is the viral AI edit that turns one photo of you into a huge bodybuilder: wide shoulders, big arms and a six-pack, with your face kept.

What is the AI Muscle Generator trend, and where did it start?

The idea is older than the name. In April 2023, a common edit apps "half natty filter" tutorial by @cashbrownn passed 1 million TikTok views, and the hashtag #aimusclefilter started a month later.

Photo requirements for AI Muscle Generator

• You alone, from the waist up, facing the camera, in good light. A full-body photo works too; a close selfie gets more body added below it.
• Your clothes stay in the photo version, stretched tight over the new muscles, so wear what you want to see. In the Flex video, a man's top comes off and a woman's top turns into a fitted tank top.
• No sunglasses, no hat over the face, and nothing covering the face.
• Pet: your dog or cat with its whole body and face in view, in good light.
• Adults only. Use your own photo, or a friend who said yes. Never a child, a celebrity or a stranger.

Troubleshooting AI Muscle Generator

• --- — ---
• A small head on a huge body — The prompt keeps your real head size. Use a photo from the waist up, not a far full-body shot.
• The face looks like someone else — Use a sharp photo with your face to the camera in good light. Every run is a new take.
• Your clothes came off in the photo — The photo version keeps your clothes, stretched tight. Run it again. Only the Flex video takes a man's top off.
